While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Rest assured, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund process:

REFUNDS

**30-Day Happiness Guarantee:**

We're confident our products will bring a smile to your face, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free refund policy. 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.Let us know, send pictures, and we send you a new pair or refund you instantly.

If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us to arrange a return. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All refund issues are processed through our Support Team which you can contact by emailing contact@koazzi.com

If you request a refund, the purchase price excluding delivery charges and/or discounts will be refunded to you using the original payment method. This will be processed within 5 - 7 business days once we have received back the item. Please note that under no circumstances we can refund onto another credit/debit card for security. 

Once we receive your return, we'll promptly inspect it and send you confirmation of your refund. For your convenience, we can provide you with the return address to make the process as smooth as possible.

CANCELING

Customers can make a free cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order and receive a complete refund of the money. After that time the order is being processed, therefore it cannot be canceled. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at contact@koazzi.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.

RETURN/REFUND SHIPPING COSTS:

All refunds are processed for the full amount paid for the ordered item; however please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. 

ADDRESS ERRORS:

While our team diligently strives to ensure accuracy, we understand mistakes happen. If you realize you've provided the wrong address,reach out to us immediately at contact@koazzi.com, and we'll do our utmost to assist you. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we regret that we're unable to make any changes, and we cannot be held liable for errors in address or destination information.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by your country’s domestic postal service (e.g., USPA, Canada Post) to the correct address provided at the time of ordering but has not arrived, you must contact your local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost,stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving this, we will attempt to resend a replacement order to you.

Please note that issuing a replacement is at the discretion of contact@koazzi.com, and in this specific scenario, we cannot provide a refund.

DELAYED ORDERS:

Please note that we strive to deliver orders within the time frame specified on our shipping information page. However, occasional delays can occur. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we cannot cancel or refund orders that are trackable and still in transit.

In rare instances where items are lost or significantly delayed, we are fully committed to resolving the issue on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns about your order or its tracking number and need further information, please contact us at contact@koazzi.com.

**Important Notes:**

For your security, refunds will be issued to the original bank account used for the purchase. We're unable to send refunds to a different bank account.
